The pettiness The bad mouthing of current employees or past employees, if the manager was talking about them I am sure she was talking about me Manager gave out her phone number to all employees to contact by text or calls, when I had to text her , her reply back was condescending and not to pleasant. She knew she was wrong She got a bad review because she did not present herself in a positve way when helping a customer, she talked about the previous management I had an upcoming date that I needed off and she knew but she scheduled me for that day anyway I was told there was a review about me apologizing to much? That was a lie, I looked at all the reviews none about me but she had a negative one about her I only apologized to my customers if we did not have a product or we did not fit their expectations Yes I did apologize to some employees, I was in training and learning.
