The additional days off are truly appreciated! I can honestly say that if we didn't have these I wouldn't take the extra time off and would possibly start to feel burnt out. Working from home, sometimes it's hard to stop and take a break because you feel as though you can always get something done (work that extra hour, work that extra day) simply because your office is right in your home. The company holidays really "force" me to understand that I can take a day off and my Company is saying it's okay. Please keep these!
I would say spread them out? Sometimes the off days are back to back or in the same weekend (friday & monday). Maybe have one in the beginning of the month and one at the end? Another option if the majority aren't in favor, would be to allow employees to choose the company holidays. I understand we have an OPTO policy (WHICH IS THE ABSOLUTE BEST) but honestly I wouldn't think to use them randomly each month, especially when my team is working or the company is working. It's easier when the entire company is on holiday.

InterviewOkay amount of contact with HR rep. It was an alright process. Three interviews with offer at the end. Not much different than other places I've interviewed at. Nothing special.
