"Great Company"
Pros
I have been at Glassdoor over 4 years and while it is challenging at times and things are always changing, something remains the same - amazing people and super supportive company and leadership. AnyCons
It's definitely a challenge as we find our way with being partnered with Indeed now. They are just such a large company that it makes us feel how small we are but it's also just very new still. AsAdvice to Management

Senior Technical Program Manager Interview
Anonymous Employee in TurkeyAccepted OfferPositive ExperienceAverage InterviewApplicationI applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Glassdoor (Turkey) in Jun 2022
Interview
A recruiter reached out to me and initiated the conversation / process via email. From there, they provided me a background on the company, the role and what they were looking for. We then discussed my background (current / prior projects & programs). The recruiter was very transparent about the organization, compensation, benefits, and the interviewing process (feedback, loops required, debriefs, feedback I received post-debrief, etc.).
I had a conversation with Engineering Leads, Product Leads and even peers on the PgM team at Glassdoor. What I enjoyed most was the conversational element and the transparency that everyone had. Everyone was very warming, welcoming, and every encounter felt like a true conversation.
It was very nice to witness everyone's transparency about the company (+ future of the company), benefits, perks, and reasons why they really enjoy working at Glassdoor. Everyone truly embodied the company values.
For the first time in my interviewing experience, I didn't feel like I was the only one pitching myself throughout this process. Everyone was enthused to discuss why they love GD, the perks, frequent company holidays, ERGs, and how nice and warming all of their peers are. My hiring manager was extremely candid, warming, and throughout my interview, I gained a lot of context surrounding the org, their leadership and strategy.
Beyond everything, I was able to tell that my hiring manager would be an amazing lead, mentor, coach and someone who I would want to work with which really helped me when making my final decision.Interview- Questions surrounding disaster and risk planning + mitigation. A lot of situational questions surrounding risk. - Situation questions around defects post-release, and mitigation strategies. - The difference between Project & Program management + working within an Agile framework. - Questions about my growth, and what I am looking for in my next opportunity to make me feel whole. - In-depth questions re: working with engineering teams: planning, estimation models/frameworks, risk management, expectations when working with dev teams - In-depth questions re: partnering with Engineering + Product teams; planning, execution, monitor/control
