In the last year, the company has made many efforts to prioritize initiatives that support DEI goals and being transparent about the process. The flourishing and vibrant ERGs are a huge testament to that.
I do believe the C-suite wants to have a more diverse company. However, I also believe part of that improvement starts at the top.
