What is one positive in this area?

Fishbowl problem/solution and our strategy is spot on. I think we need to not just integrate Fishbowl (existing experience) but magic will happen when we make the new experience better. Remove the Fishbowl friction but keep the engaging parts.

What is one area that could be improved?

Continue the transparency around plans for Fishbowl. Really exciting to hear the potential and also recognize the challenges ahead.

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Glassdoor (United States) in Apr 2022

Hiring process was unlike anything else I have ever experienced. They truly try to find the right culture fit and want you to feel great about your decision to join the team just as much. Everyone I spoke to throughout the interview process were so nice and genuine I couldn’t believe it.
