1yThanks for taking the time to post a comment. At Chico's FAS we take work-life balance very seriously. We offer generous PTO and want out Associates to use it. Unfortunately, in retail there will always be "blackout periods" during which it may be more difficult to take PTO. We encourage Associates to request time off in advance when possible.

While we encourage internal promotions we also need to look externally to ensure a diverse applicant pool. Promotional opportunities are definitely available. Associates are encouraged to discuss promotional and developmental opportunities with their leaders.
