Micromanagement, no work life balance, management is unsympathetic to anything but your work life.

Other than my supervisors, upper management was a joke. Their expectations were unrealistic. Our department had to fix every other departments issues. They never listened to our concerns or ideas to help improve the company and bring them in more money...strange isn't it?

Workload, no growth, management not honest

Required 3 days in office. Not allowed to be at desk or eat at desk during breaks. Not allowed to finish work hours at home on in-office days. Disorganized management. Lack of communication from management.

No communication from upper management.
