Pros

-Best Teammates -Managers are willing to help and provide support whenever needed - Decent benefits - Provides all office equipment (docking station, monitor, laptop, keyboard, mouse)

Cons

- Interview process was overwhelming. Interview with 13 people in 3 different 30 min sessions. - Pay would be decent except you're overworked and no overtime pay is provided so it ends up being low compared to the industry standard - Micromanagement is horrendous. Managers need to provide monthly metrics so you're constantly under a microscope. Ex: Managers attend your sponsor calls at least once a month to see how you run your meetings. Revenue is double checked by 2 other people before its submitted. There are lots more. Then they collect all this info and share it during a monthly meeting so your pinned against other PMs. - Turnover is horrible! I left in less than a year because they kept giving me the workload of other people after they would leave. I had to work 3-4 hours a day outside of my normal working hrs to stay afloat. I even brought this up to my managers and they didn't do anything about it. A lot of people left after I did too. - Work takes forever to complete because everything is done manually on excel sheets. If you're working on a big report and one formula is off, you're stuck trying to figure it out or redo it after working on it for hours. They refuse to update their systems. If you want to be overworked and underpaid, this is the perfect place for you!

Pros

- Hybrid office schedule (3 days in office, 2 days WFH) - Would provide WFH equipment (i.e. Laptop) - Team setting within department amongst colleagues (everyone always willing to help each other out) - There is room for growth within the company if you're willing to cross-train - Since Philips acquired BioTel, you get better benefits especially PTO days

Cons

- If your supervisor doesn't like you, they will quietly force you out until you quit. - Paid Holidays turned into mandatory work days unless you requested off in advance. - If you want to move departments, you have participate in round interviews, and even then you will not be able to transfer departments.

Pros

What Pros, can’t think of one

Cons

I’m not one to complain but let me say that management in the holster department do not know what they are doing. If asked a etc question to get guidance they talk in circles or ask someone else. If you bring something to their attention they deflect or they says “I’m not bothered with that now”. How are we supposed to get quality scans out of NO ONE refers to the correct SOP that they tell us to follow? After the sale of Lifewatch this company and the morale has gone down so much. Horrible benefits. Wonder why employees leave a company? Bad management

Pros

Philips gave a toothbrush when they bought us…. Your coworkers become family, benefits aren’t too terrible.

Cons

The Philips takeover made this place a joke. Philips bought us to try to improve their revenue after their CPAP machine recall. Philips promised us raises, bonuses, and so many things that couldn’t follow through with. Our department didn’t even get close to a 3% raise this year and just got an excuse from Philips about how hard it is for them to tell us we weren’t getting bonuses because they did so terribly financially again. Bosses told us to be lucky we were part of the 10,000 people Philips had to lay off. At the start of 2023, they forced us to start coming in 3 days a week. Last week we were told about about a work from home incentive based on the amount of overtime we do, this week they took our overtime away basically. We’ve been begging for raises for over a year now since most of us are ending up in the negative by the end of the pay period due to inflation. Philips is trying to change all of our processes to match their agenda, but clearly they aren’t seeing that their processes don’t work. It’s just doubling our work load and making no sense. Thanks to everything Philips is putting us through morale is down and people are quitting left and right. Their work is being pushed around now for no additional pay. Philips training makes no sense. I failed a training 7 times about how to handle a company AmEx card…. I don’t even have access to a company AmEx card. Make it make sense.
