      Pros

      Setting is relaxed, no micromanaging, free lunches occasionally, and beautiful interior design.

      Cons

      DT are overworked and under appreciative. HR isn't helpfully; they never have answers for you and take way too long to get back to you. A lot of favoritism, too much.
