Those that worked for be were like family. enjoyed going to work everyday knowing you were saving someones life.

Upper management only looking at the bottom line not looking out for the employees. Never saw benefits increased for employees only things taken away. pay was never increased at the rate of inflation. Those managers that made mistakes on a daily basis were never removed or written up just given more things to mess up.

Supervisors care for themselves not there team. And worry with management. 6.Training on your own basically since can’t ask questions only supervisor if they are available. 7.Productivity/QA is high expectations it’s called perfectionist which is impossible and want to work like robots and to maintain productivity work before or after hours which is terrible wrong. 8. Favoritism 9. Brought it up to upper management regarding issues. Don’t even response.

Other than my supervisors, upper management was a joke. Their expectations were unrealistic. Our department had to fix every other departments issues. They never listened to our concerns or ideas to help improve the company and bring them in more money...strange isn't it?

The monitoring centers upper management does not care about the safety of their staff they use staff to benefit the department but when the staff need help they dont care.

Terrible upper management. Nepotism and favoritism. Superiority seems to be valued more than anything. Don't expect to be acknowledged for your work here as you're seen more as a number. The environment is very toxic. No workplace culture present; it's comparable to a library.
