1. Terrible Management 2. No respect or remorse of employees 3. Human Resources is corrupted not mutual at all. Does not matter situation. 4. No Teamwork can’t talk to your colleagues 5. Supervisors care for themselves not there team. And worry with management. 6.Training on your own basically since can’t ask questions only supervisor if they are available. 7.Productivity/QA is high expectations it’s called perfectionist which is impossible and want to work like robots and to maintain productivity work before or after hours which is terrible wrong. 8. Favoritism 9. Brought it up to upper management regarding issues. Don’t even response.

Poor lack of supervisor leadership, micro management around the clock when in office , favoritism not much room to move up , more work same pay , raises are cringe at most you will get $0.50 to $1.00 if your evaluation is scored as surpassing expectations, supervisors will throw you under the bus very fast to cover them selfs. They promote people they hang with.

Terrible upper management. Nepotism and favoritism. Superiority seems to be valued more than anything. Don't expect to be acknowledged for your work here as you're seen more as a number. The environment is very toxic. No workplace culture present; it's comparable to a library.
