      New break rooms, bathrooms. Gym access. Flexible schedules. Pay for performance bonus pay.

      Cons

      Glitchy software that slows you down, ruins your work. Not enough onsite trainers-one trainer has to fly in or work with you through the phone/computer. You get conflicting information when asking for help. Weird health insurance. They delete unused vacation hours if you accumulated too many and couldn't use them.
