You are just doing the same thing with new title - always saying yes to client without considering the team members working with highly and overloaded tasks results to burnout and work fatigue - increase? Haha. Forget it. They don't do that here. - HR are verryyy pro employer. Be careful. - a big company but low budget in sourcing tools.

Bonus is discretionary. Suitable for people who cares overall benefits of working in a culture, company that cares about people and innovation, not just money. Money is good when you are doing well. And not good when you are not performing which is the same everywhere in sales.

Workload can increase significantly during peak project periods, sometimes requiring tight turnaround times. Communication between departments could be improved to reduce delays and duplication of work.

Pay - it's below the market Benefits - it has been downgraded to a clinic-based check-ups Team - some just can't respect the time, and would miss the meetings (sometimes it feels like on purpose so that they don't get to update what they have done - as they have done nothing) - they don't have that much workload (even though they have already worked in the company for more than a year) compared to other team members which feels very, very, unfair. No cons, really enjoy working here.

Management is terrible. Culture is Horrific. There is a culture of people stealing your "fees" and "competing with your team" instead of working with your team.
