Good place to start

Pros

I thought Robert Walters was a great place to start as a recruitment consultant. Once you understand the basics of recruitment, you might benefit from joining something faster-paced that doesn’t have the shackles of a large corporate organisation and rigid structure. I find the bonus structure isn’t very good, but the base salaries are decent.

Cons

Bonuses are pretty average. I don't love the management in smoke and mirrors that seems to go on

Pros

Supportive team environment with clear project objectives and structured workflows. Opportunities to coordinate cross-functional teams and gain exposure to diverse projects. Management encourages accountability and professional growth.

Cons

Workload can increase significantly during peak project periods, sometimes requiring tight turnaround times. Communication between departments could be improved to reduce delays and duplication of work.

Pros

My manager has been the most considerate person I know.

Cons

Pay - it's below the market Benefits - it has been downgraded to a clinic-based check-ups Team - some just can't respect the time, and would miss the meetings (sometimes it feels like on purpose so that they don't get to update what they have done - as they have done nothing) - they don't have that much workload (even though they have already worked in the company for more than a year) compared to other team members which feels very, very, unfair. Also, some more tenured team members tend to stick to ancient workflows and dislike innovations as "it would take some time of their work"

Pros

No one really works so its not a stressful job

Cons

Management is terrible. Culture is Horrific. There is a culture of people stealing your "fees" and "competing with your team" instead of working with your team.
