Risk Strategies reviews about "office"

In the office I worked in the Manager was kind of flakey and didn't know what she wanted to do with her people. She also had no idea what we were doing.

Management is all over the place. There is no support or flexibility and processes are not streamlined.

They focus heavily on buying new business and branding them under Risk Strategies. There isn't good stream-lined training for new employees. Its all about the office culture of where you get assigned.

Too many levels of management. Lots of fanfare when high level appointments are made yet radio silence when someone has left. Only find out on Linkedin

Upper management is very disconnected from what's best for day to day operations.

None that I've experienced so far

So far so good and I don't have any cons to share.

No complaints. Fair benefits and 401k plan.

Upper Management is quite clueless on what is needed for day to day operations and makes arbitrary decisions with out knowing the consequences of their actions. Extremely understaffed. Upper Management does not have the backs of their employees at all.
