Great Company, Very Flexible - Account Manager Risk Strategies Employee Review

RSC has been amazing through the Covid crisis. Have been very flexible regarding remote work, allowing employees to choose whether to work remote full time or return to the physical office. Putting the decision into their individual employees hands is key. Everyone has a different situation and preference, so a blanket mandate would not work for everyone. Employee choice is the right approach. Great job RSC!
