I am a full remote employee for RSC. I came from another agency where toxicity was rampant. For the first time in a very long time I am happy with my team, I feel safe and heard, and the open dialogue is actually taken into consideration.
Cons
So far the only con is that in some departments the AM & AAM market to carriers themselves as there's no specific marketing team for that department. That and the workload is heavy but management is actively working on trying to lessen it.
