Pros
They pay pretty well. They have the money and resources to finance a lot of things that normal smaller agencies wouldn't be able to do.
Cons
They focus heavily on buying new business and branding them under Risk Strategies. There isn't good stream-lined training for new employees. Its all about the office culture of where you get assigned.
