Made to take pay cut 40% day 1 of acquisition. All the back office quit within 6 months due to being over work. Cut Costs so they can make more money. Clients mean nothing Don't Supply with the tools to do your job. Management Team is only interested in the stock price.

Disorganization amongst teams. Should streamline processes

Rushed training. No clear SOP. Hard to complete tasks by having shared logins to access carrier websites. After acquisition there were turnovers, no raises for the year, and unclear path for the company going forward.

Seems a bit of a good ole boy network

Future sale in the future. Unknown who we will be working for

The current market can be a bit stressful.

So far the only con is that in some departments the AM & AAM market to carriers themselves as there's no specific marketing team for that department. That and the workload is heavy but management is actively working on trying to lessen it.
