Pros

The product being developed makes a difference to schools and children. The people I work directly with care and we have built a community that cares about our wellbeing and support each other

group leadership and senior leadership feel disconnected from reality, with the business wanting to work in a waterfall way with delivery roadmaps not matching how teams are actually working and delivering work.

Pros

I would like to raise a serious concern regarding the company’s cab service. The cab schedule changes frequently without any prior notice. For example, at 6 AM the scheduled cab time showed 8:20 AM, but suddenly it got updated to 8:00 AM, and even the cab details were changed. If the vendor is not able to maintain a consistent and reliable roster that helps employees plan their commute, then the purpose of this cab service is lost. We already deal with significant work pressure and deserve proper rest — these sudden changes only add unnecessary stress.

Cons

There are lots of cons: 1. Lack of knowledge in leadership 2. Undeliverable commitment of customers 3. Every team and team members are gives them 100% extra so don’t say anymore 1% extra 4. Cabs service used as frustration service 5. If you deserve promotion definitely you didn’t get it There many but will have to take care about glass doors policies as well.

Colleagues are wonderful, the culture is genuinely vibrant, and the company offers plenty of team bonding activities. The perks — quarterly parties, outings, and monthly events — really add to the experience. Day-to-day work is engaging, and the teams across departments are very supportive.

Cons

The only consistent negative is HR’s current functioning. Employees feel micromanaged due to rigid rules and processes introduced without consultation. Many were upset when internal event results seemed altered without proper explanation. Recognition is almost nonexistent — instead, the focus is always on what went wrong. HR interactions lack warmth, approachability, and professionalism expected from experienced HR leadership. One-on-ones often feel disrespectful org.

Fantastic team energy and a genuinely positive workplace vibe. People here are kind, approachable, and supportive — especially cross-department teams. The company really invests in keeping employees engaged: quarterly celebrations, offsite outings, and fun monthly events that make you feel connected. Work-life balance is healthy, and most managers are really people-centric.

Cons

HR processes have become noticeably rigid recently, and it’s affecting everyday comfort. There’s a growing sense that concerns aren’t being heard, plus some policies seem to be enforced unevenly across teams. The rest of the company feels warm and people-first, but HR feels disconnected from that.

I worked for the company for over a decade and I loved the first 8 years. Management were amazing the team was excellent. I was so happy

Cons

After 8 years a new CEO. More management then staff Acquired more businesses before fixed ng basic and long standing bugs. Ignored user issues so that workarounds became normal. Decided to make most of the company redundant sending the work to India. No handovers from most of our team to India so decades worth of knowledge was lost. The company has become greedy. Users and customers are no longer a priority.

ParentPay is a fantastic company to work for, combining innovation in education technology with a supportive and collaborative workplace culture. The leadership team genuinely cares about employees, and there’s a clear focus on both professional growth and work-life balance

Cons

The recent changes in HR head - SV and LA have unfortunately made the employee experience worse. Instead of improving processes, the new HR leadership has created confusion and frustration across the company.
