      Pros

      Work from home for 2 days but they may call. You multiple times even if they promise.

      Cons

      Bad work culture. No clear vision of the company. Policies not too employee friendly. Micro management, time in/out issues.

      Pros

      I am grateful and at the same time impressed of how efficient Parentpay is at everything they do. The interview process was very good, the recruiter [Gopichand borkar] was extremely humble and professional,l. He made sure I am well equiped with all the information before joining and cleared all my doubts. The first day has also been really positive right from induction to handing over the assets. The highlights of Parentpay is that people here are extremely humble and respectful towards each other. Also, the work flexibility is something which is very lucrative. The infra too is great.
