Bad management: There are a few seriously spoiled apples in low to mid management, and upper management has no clue. They *promised* (in writing) that Verisign would stay in fully remote mode even after the pandemic. And now they force the employees back into the office, for now only 2 days, but we know where this is heading. You cannot trust management on any level. Run if you have other options.

No room to grow, basic salary increases each year. People do not leave because the salary and benefits are so good. Very hard to move up unless someone leaves the company then it is based on who likes you when you get promoted. Before COVID they did not want you to work from home, old fashion "they want to see you".
