* OUTSTANDING People * Flexible work environment * Great opportunity for advancement * Superior suite of products that the technology world requires for survival

* Annual reorganization * Movement from an acquisition model to a divestiture model - while this is not inherently bad, it does change the culture from one of rapid growth and excitement to one that is more complacent.
