      Great benefits in relation to stock options Very interesting work due the team I'm working for Have access to lot of good data which is good I cannot compare the benefits since I have not worked anywhere else but general theory is that its good.

      It seems difficult to get promotions and salary increases

      Excellent benefits and compensation. (Pay, stock options, benefits) Incredibly talented and knowledgeable colleagues Leader in their field, world class products & systems

      Constant churn in Senior management Opportunities for career advancement are incredibly limited for anyone below Sr. Manager level "The Grapevine" is a faster and more reliable source of information than management
