      - There is a high volume of tasks and clients assigned per accountant. - The workload requires a high level of focus and dedication especially during busy periods. (While the volume is high, the managers are very supportive; if you raise concerns about your capacity in advance, they are willing to help you manage it.)

      Supportive Team and Great Learning Experience

      Pros

      Supportive and approachable team members who are always willing to help and guide. Great learning environment, especially for new hires. Management recognizes and appreciates employees who perform well - I was even regularized earlier than expected, which shows how the company values hard work and contributions. The compensation and benefits package is also competitive. Overall, a positive work culture with good opportunities for growth and development.

      Cons

      Workload can be challenging at times, especially during peak periods, but most of the time it is manageable with proper time management and team support. I still feel that the work-life balance is generally good overall.
