      - There is a genuine spirit of support and kindness across all departments. - The work-from-home setup is excellent and there is a sincere respect for personal flexibility. - Great environment for learning with many opportunities for professional growth.

      Cons

      - There is a high volume of tasks and clients assigned per accountant. - The workload requires a high level of focus and dedication especially during busy periods. (While the volume is high, the managers are very supportive; if you raise concerns about your capacity in advance, they are willing to help you manage it.)

      Working from home and friendly working environment. All of the people are willing to help and teach you at work. A company inclusive of different races.

      Because we work from home and we are from different places around the world. We barely see each other in person.
