      Supportive Team and Great Learning Experience

      Pros

      Supportive and approachable team members who are always willing to help and guide. Great learning environment, especially for new hires. Management recognizes and appreciates employees who perform well - I was even regularized earlier than expected, which shows how the company values hard work and contributions. The compensation and benefits package is also competitive. Overall, a positive work culture with good opportunities for growth and development.

      Cons

      Workload can be challenging at times, especially during peak periods, but most of the time it is manageable with proper time management and team support. I still feel that the work-life balance is generally good overall.

      Be cautious

      The people you work with are great. The Global Heads of HR (prior and current) are amazing! Enjoyed working with the both of them. They had authenticity and integrity.

      Cons

      Exec decisions made are poor and without much consideration. More business centric than people centric, as an HR professional, I've observed dishonesty, ill informed redundancies, and poor business management and people relations. If you're looking for a career and to build a strong honest relationship with the company - perhaps continue searching.

      - Salary Paid on Time

      Cons

      - Overworked - No OT pay - No Worklife Balance - You need to hit the quota to get your quarterly bonus - You will shoulder the workload of your teammates who resigned - Experienced hostile clients but management didn't do anything - This company is client centric not employee centric, they care more about their clients more than you. They care more about their KPI and monthly targets than you. - Some employees work on their weekends for free just to hit the minimum quota needed - They have their own software which is "Sleekbooks" but it is not user friendly and should just stick to using Xero instead. Using their own software makes the work 3x slower.
