There is 0 management or training or interventions your kinda just left to get on with it but this can get you criticised because everyone who works at SBFM have different expectations there doesnt seem to be 1 sheet of we expect this, that all the employees have mutual agreeance on.You will have the clients who run the store asking you to do specific cleaning tasks according to what they want which is to be expected! but then this gets you in trouble with SBFM so your kinda stuck between a rock and a hard place. Your kinda just thrown into it and are just expected to know how to use and clean machinery with 0 training despite them saying they train THEY DO NOT you get like a few general power point slides which everyone who came into my store also said this was the case. You never see your managers ever and its very hard to get in contact with them I think I saw mine like once in person and it was because the client was reviewing the store not because they came to see us and obviously they just invalidated any concerns we had. My main CON with working here and also employing this company is they have a extremely bad hiring/recruitment team they will hire anyone GENUINLY and it really shows like they clearly do no checks into the people they hire (allegedly) because I had some very odd people working with me that def should not of been there and it seems to be continuing despite me having left with new comers. Also they go on about career progression there is genuinely no progression this is just because it looks good for them obviously.
