- you're always around good people who offer help should you need it. - there are extra hours to work most of the time. - always in good communication with managers/supervisors.

Cons

- managers don't come on site enough. - There are sometimes issues when getting your wages but it usually gets sorted out pretty quickly.

The Company has a very Effective communication channel and also good at listening to the staffs. The Company has a Well Structured hierarchy which makes it alot easier for one to know who to direct questions to if any issues arises. The Company respects work life balance. There is always an opportunity for growth.

Cons

Due to the fact that there are different sites and locations, sometimes accessibility to what you need to do a high performance work are limited.

The rules and regulations in SBFM , it necessary tho but whenever you have problem and you let the communication teams know they will solve your issue for you
