Have the timegate app to get additional shifts.

Cons

Contracted hours reduced without negotiation or consultation. Equipment broken for months but still expect you to deliver a high standard of cleaning. Cannot get a hold of HR or management easily. Have to send email s and wait at least one week for a reply. When sent to sites sometimes the site is not aware they have or need a cleaner so you are sent home and not paid. If sent home early because the site closed early you will not be paid.

A good number of available shifts in central London. Decent working environment and management support.

Most shifts were in two hour blocks, the pay is low
