Pros

Please stay away from Revcontent.

Cons

Revcontent has one of the worst company cultures and environments I've ever experienced in my whole career. The nepotism here is extremely rampant, and the leadership is blatantly biased, while no one does anything about it. Certain employees are considerably favored while others are ignored, and the leaders will really make you feel that they're uninterested in you. Meritocracy is a myth in this horrible company, and the leadership's unprofessional and biased style of management creates environment that prevents genuine growth and learning for employees

Pros

If you have never encountered office politics before and want to see what it looks like and how it poisons everything, you can take a look here.

Cons

The pay was ridiculously low. The workload was brutal. Employees were expected to either handle or avoid terrible office politics and look the other way. The leadership didn’t realize how it had poisoned the work culture and made people hostile. Don’t join if you can’t play mind games.

Pros

Employees get the option to work remotely.

Cons

I was stressed out and anxious during my time working here because employees occasionally get fired for no clear reason! The lack of transparency from Revcontent leadership and management created a fearful work environment, and they couldn’t care less!

Leadership is biased

Pros

Flexible hours and PTO The individual contributors are mostly kind, hardworking, intelligent individuals.

Cons

Leadership is 100% biased. There’s one executive in particular that when he decides he doesn’t like someone (not performance based) then that person is gone no matter how hard they work. All of the execs and higher managers are a clique who gossip and make fun of people. There’s no constructive feedback on your performance, no genuine care for your professional growth either.

Pros

There’s a good mix of creativity and analytics, and assignments come with clear goals. The compensation and benefits are competitive. Having a responsive leadership makes it easier to keep projects on track. The team is great -- people share insights and work together to improve campaign performance.

Cons

Deadlines can tighten without much notice, so you need to be quick on your feet.

Pros

Friendly coworkers were the only positive part of this job and the only reason the days felt tolerable.

Cons

- Senior leadership shows no interest in knowing employees as people or professionals - Communication is nearly nonexistent, leaving staff confused and unsupported - Layoffs happen suddenly and without a valid explanation - Family members and close friends are clearly prioritized over everyone else - Promotions feel impossible unless you are personally connected to leadership - Hard work and performance are ignored in favor of relationships - Favoritism destroys morale and creates resentment across teams - The work environment feels deeply unfair and discouraging

Revcontent Response

While we understand that perspectives and experiences vary, we do want to clarify one point for those reading and considering RevContent. Under our current leadership, we do not employ family members or individuals with personal relationships to leadership. Our hiring and advancement practices are structured around performance, accountability, and contribution, nothing else. We’re always open to constructive feedback that helps us build a stronger culture. That said, the claims in this review do not reflect the reality of how our organization operates.

Pros

I talk to engineers and product folks who know their stuff. When I have a question about how something works, they explain without making me feel dumb. The leadership is open about company goals and where we're headed. My supervisor trusts me to run my network my own way. The work is challenging but the people make it worth it.

Cons

It’s more than sales you have to understand the product thoroughly
