Pros

The mental health days seemed like a decent benefit. It wasn't much of a benefit later when I realized how stress I would be.

Cons

The workload was brutal. The stress was ridiculously high and things became worse when multiple clients scaled campaigns. The support as such time was poor and employees were left alone to struggle. It was a test of my patience. I tried my best but quit to avoid burnout. I valued my skills too much

Pros

None. I hated every moment of working here and have nothing good to say about this company.

Cons

- Pay is insultingly low for the amount of work demanded - Work-life balance is nonexistent - Managers are hostile and create a toxic atmosphere that crushes morale - Employees are constantly forced to take on tasks outside their job description - Extra work is piled on without any form of compensation or recognition - The entire experience leaves you feeling taken advantage of, trapped, and miserable

Pros

You will be so occupied with chasing one goal or another that you won’t have any time to look for any positives.

Cons

The work culture is horrible. Most people are terrible. They spend more time getting engaged in workplace politics than doing their jobs. Their poor attitude and lies ruin the work ambiance. The people at the top just assign insane goals and never fix the workplace culture. It’s awful!
