Pros
The tech stack is modern, and the reporting dashboard gives me real-time insights, so I don't have to wait for someone to hand me a report. The company is small enough that I have direct access to the leadership, and I've seen most of my suggestions for campaign improvements implemented without delay. The flexible setup gives me the option to work when I'm most productive.
