Pros

Team members are easy to collaborate with, and getting quick input on client strategies is never a problem. There’s just the right mix of autonomy and support, which is one of my favorite things. The pace is steady, and you get plenty of exposure to different campaign types. The general workflow is organized enough to prevent constant scrambling. I'd say it's a relatively relaxed environment, and the pay and benefits seem fair.

Cons

The workload surges when multiple clients scale campaigns.

Pros

There's a nice balance of autonomy and support. I get to devise campaigns using new native-ad technology, test creative formats, and see direct impact on performance. The team is smart and always up for a challenge. The leadership encourages experimentation and listens when people suggest improvements. The pay and benefits are solid, with bonuses tied to results.

Cons

There are some periods of intense pressure.

Pros

There’s a good mix of creativity and analytics, and assignments come with clear goals. The compensation and benefits are competitive. Having a responsive leadership makes it easier to keep projects on track. The team is great -- people share insights and work together to improve campaign performance.

Cons

Deadlines can tighten without much notice, so you need to be quick on your feet.

Pros

Team members working together to close deals. Focus on building long-term relationships with clients. Regular feedback and support for smart ideas from management. Great tools and platform. Competitive salary plus good benefits. Place where significant contributions are recognized quickly.

Cons

Busy most of the time, so not really a relaxed environment

Pros

I’ve had a really good experience here so far. The accounts are interesting (a mix of agencies and brands), and the days don’t drag because there’s always something to work on. What I like most is the balance: you’re trusted to organize your day and figure out how to hit your targets, but if you get stuck, someone will quickly come to your aid. You also get opportunities to test new approaches and learn a lot about what drives results. The pay and benefits are the cherry on top.

Cons

A lot to learn in the first month

Cons

Managing multiple accounts and handling diverse requirements takes serious effort.

Pros

The mental health days seemed like a decent benefit. It wasn't much of a benefit later when I realized how stress I would be.

Cons

The workload was brutal. The stress was ridiculously high and things became worse when multiple clients scaled campaigns. The support as such time was poor and employees were left alone to struggle. It was a test of my patience. I tried my best but quit to avoid burnout. I valued my skills too much
