Toxic culture and poor management

Horrible management, terrible work life, they treat you like garbage

Very detailed management with changing procedures

Archaic software and operations, supervisors are not interested in more updated or streamlined processes. Company allows supervisors to operate "per their digression," which has led to some supervisors not letting their employees go to company picnics or even holiday events until the work is done, or forcing them to take leave to attend "free" company events. Oftentimes worked 7 days a week, 9-11 hour/days. There is absolutely no advancement unless someone retires, and even then they tend to hire from other office locations vs. within the existing team.

Unattainable goals, poor management, poor leadership

Jobs are always sent overseas so you never feel secure.

Changed salary employees with tenure to hourly and took away thousands of dollars of bonuses. Management also plays dirty and hires people based on relationship status and not experience.

Entrenched middle management and some difficult clients.

If you weren't in the Indianapolis headquarters, you were left in the dust.. The demand could also be very high at times with little recognition.
