- no job flexibility, see above
- asking you to meet unattainable goals. Let me elaborate: they don’t give you any new files to work or give you previously worked files that there is no money left to recover on, and then punish you for not “meeting goal” ( a goal that was unable to be met with no new files. Which means no new money) by making you work mandatory overtime
-no communication
-no professionalism
-supervisors hire friends to become “team leads” (assistant/management) that don’t meet any qualifications other than being the supervisors drinking buddy
-commission made on money recovered is less than 1%
-upper management does nothing to solve problems, only further delegates more problems with no solution
-severe micromanagement issues
-NO COMMUNICATION (yes I know I said that twice)
-there are a lot of bosses, but no real leaders
-promotions given to people based on who they know and not based on qualifications
-shady dealings with moving files to people who are considered “top recoverers” that are assigned to other people who needed the files in order to hit their personal goal
These are just a few among many. Beware.
