Equian interview questions

Easy, basic questions, nothing unrelated to work ethic and willingness to out in effort. Not really wanting to write 30 words just to explain this is a basic everyday interview.

Very well organized and traditional. I like how it is very "Why are you a good fit" and not "Have you ever been in a situation where..." oriented. It was an easy and headache free process. I was told I did not get the job for an outside hire but was next in line.
