      By far the best company I have ever worked for

      Pros

      Encourages employee's to further their education and to promote within the company. Regular incentives to achieve more and feel like employee's are valued.

      Cons

      With a rapidly growing company across the United States, communication is key. This is something that needs to occur in order to feel we are all on the same page. No business directory showing who is in charge of what department across the country so when phone calls come in we get our customers to appropriate person or department.
