Pros

There are lots of opportunities for career progression - taking initiative and driving projects yourself is encouraged. The company has office around the world and they encourage staff to take advantage of this through short term secondments and permanent relocations. The London office is centrally based in Covent Garden

Cons

Regular working hours are fairly long and can extend during busy times of year, in addition to attending events.

Pros

The company does value work life balance however with the recent merger the team structure changed and the management team really needs to add structure to make it more cohesive however they only care about meeting numbers

Cons

Management does not care in performance of employees unless they are not meeting numbers

Pros

-Great if you are building your skillset in the recruitment space -Very large clients to work with if you want that experience

Cons

-Did not have bonus for 1 year and almost did not for the year after only reason as to why we did it was due to layoffs -Lots of management changes throughout my time there, and it is all moving to helicopter managers who do not know how to give constructive feedback - Had the largest workload ever, very similar to agency space but not agency pay - Commission is paid quarterly instead of monthly if you are in a recruiting space -Recruiters will make more overall than the Recruitment Partners
