- Company shriinking in the past 4 years, which translates to extra pressure on existing teams. Backfills were done here and there but not enough so far - Some high level decisions around cost cutting don't make any sense or are not properly and transparently explained. This doesn't have a positive effect on people

Management was really poor after covid.

The senior management, despite numerous changes and replacements in recent years, remains alarmingly ineffective and disconnected from reality, steering the company toward failure. Instead of prioritizing the much-needed complete overhaul of the product, they focus solely on short-term plans that constantly shift and fail to deliver any meaningful results, all in the pursuit of quick profits (spoiler: these plans have consistently flopped). Individuals with long-term vision, who could bring real value, are either sidelined or driven to leave for companies that appreciate and support their ideas. If you take pride in your work and want to accomplish something significant, this is likely not the right environment for you. Moreover, with the current lack of sales, bankruptcy seems inevitable. Proceed with caution.
