Company is struggling so there are way to few developers to handle the amount of technical debts. Many of the great developers who developed the great parts of the platform has left.

Lots of cons are already mentioned in other reviews and unfortunately lots of other bad reviews are relatable. Very poor management in all levels and by not having a realistic, clear and achievable goals, they put all the pressure on the employees. No matter how much overtime you put in or how much you deliver, you would always feel that you are behind the imaginary schedule, since everything is supposed to be done "yesterday" in the past few years. Experienced multiple burnouts, mainly due to the toxic culture which clearly exist in most teams. If you are workaholic and don't have any sort of life, this can be a perfect place to spend a couple years of your life and not know how you lost them without learning anything and doing anything other than work. Another thing that happened in recent years is that employees from locations like USA and Denmark were gradually replaced by employees in cheaper countries to save money, which impacted the culture of the company and the quality of work.
