In a shambles - no idea where they are going. Have suddenly decided they are not a start up anymore (which they aren't) to hoodwink prospects into thinking they are stable. If it wasn't for a big deal with a major bank they would be in even more financial difficulty than they are now. Appalling product management and terrible product marketing. Short term vision. They just god rid of loads of good people who were great at their jobs with no thought to the future. CEO is the most egotistical person I have ever come across - great vision but no idea how to run a company and doesn't care about his staff. Product is more expensive and not as good as the competition which makes it difficult to sell. Marketing do a terrible job of creating awareness and leads to follow-up.
