- C suite sales and marketing leadership, or lack thereof is the biggest problem with the company. There is no marketing leadership at the top, nor do any c suite members have any sincere marketing sense or leadership abilities. Not good at making long term strategic decisions. - Money/budget/resource management. This company is a mess and while that’s not uncommon, they are particularly good at grossly managing budgets and spend - this company is surprisingly good at poorly designing orgs and making leadership hiring decisions. Do not expect to have a leader that will advocate for you or help set you up for success if you work here - no 401k match - referral bonus is trash; people want money, not random “experiences”

- Lots of exciting opportunities to progress as the company continues to scale and grow. I've dipped into multiple functions in my short(ish) time here which has been great! - Managers listen to your aspirations, challenges and plans for the future and genuinely care about making your work enjoyable - Very transparent and available senior management team - Emphasis placed on work/life balance and having an enjoyable office atmosphere - Really exciting customers using the platform and this is growing continuously - Knowledgable staff who are open to sharing ideas and taking opinions from different departments
Cons
- Could have better defined promotion/progression paths -Lots of growth means it can be difficult to keep up with who is looking after what. Could be more emphasis placed on intro'ing new people and explaining their contribution. - More info needed on customer success stories
