Pros
- Tech stack and DevOps practices hardly matched by any other company in Bucharest - People. Some very old timers with strong bonds, very awesome newcommers too. Collaboration is at a high level, people culture is the key driver - Cool office (big), drinks, meals on events, ping pong table, nice vibes - Updated salary packages. Went back to top of market compensation. - Flexible schedule, very creative environment
Cons
- Company shriinking in the past 4 years, which translates to extra pressure on existing teams. Backfills were done here and there but not enough so far - Some high level decisions around cost cutting don't make any sense or are not properly and transparently explained. This doesn't have a positive effect on people
