Pros

You are able to select work assignments based on your availability and preference. You have complete work flexibility.

Cons

Communication with staff support is very limited. It's very difficult to reach management on the phone. Communication between hourly employees and management is limited to emails.

Pros

Casual dress code, snacks and beer!

Cons

The biggest con is the staff they are providing is predominantly for hospitality events and there is not 1 person left in the Shiftgig office with a background in hospitality. It is a joke. All the internal staff that actually cared and communicated with the specialists were let go by the new CEO right before Christmas. ( What a guy ) Staffing is done like a cattle call resulting in inexperienced specialists tasked with jobs they do not know how to do and they are set up for failure from jump. The upper management has no communication down the line and spend their days having meetings about...well having more meetings.

Pros

Working with wholesome coworkers on the front line of the operation.

Cons

Leadership's passion and priorities evaporated over time. There was zero responsibility at the top. Teams were fragmented and operating as isolated silos, nothing was in harmony. Upper management filled with cowards, afraid to get their hands dirty.

Met great people, had the opportunity to learn and grow, (usually) a cool work environment

Cons

Incredibly unstable upper management, 'everyone in it for themselves' type of situation, spent lots of money on the wrong things, lots of gossip
