- strange sickness system, seems unfair and unhelpful - each sick day gets put into a tally
- *transfer system may be confusing to access and easily missed
- most staff are overworked and underpaid - **although there are shifts to pick up on the rota, they are often very short shifts which makes it not worth going in for, especially as staff have to pay for parking (in this particular location) - staff often help support floor managers, are juggling multiple tasks, sometimes even stand in as managers and expected to go above and beyond despite bad pay, staff support on-boarding of new team members because managers are often too busy
- not enough hours for staff to work
- even if you pick up shifts, sometimes they have to remove you from the rota due to not being able to provide the hours on short notice
- support during sales periods is sparse
- breaks are short
- the pay is okay if you're a student/young person with this as their first job etc but it is incredibly hard to support yourself on this pay, especially if you have a family (or even as a student)
