Cons
Because we're a global company, there is a LOT of information to absorb when you first get started. Everyone gets a bit overwhelmed when they join Arup, but we know that and adjust expectations accordingly. That's the trade-off of working for a large, international company but the benefit is that you have so many opportunities to learn and advance.
