      it is a great place to work with excellent people. I have gained an incredible amount of experience and I have enjoyed a wide variety of work

      the work itself can be bad as it oscillates from periods of extreme business to periods of complete quietness. The worst part of this is that no one can predict when the work will increase or drop off.

      great supervisor, lots of professional development opportunities

      Cons

      insane workload and expect you to be available for work 24/7. some teams are drowning and others have no resourcing. layoffs happen completely randomly and they lay off people who are 100 percent billable. profit share is bs and you get nothing as a junior member
