Pros
Very good work life balance. Most people are able to leave the office by 5.30. Flexible working hours and good team dynamics.
Cons
Large international companies will always tend to be more corporate than others, can feel like a cog in a big machine. Large starting graduate cohort and the prioritisation of "equity" over performance in early careers means its hard to distinguish yourself for the first few years. Though not always necessarily a bad thing.
