Pros

After you make a sale, you get paid. Although that could take over two months...

Cons

-Little to no training. To hit your goals, trainer will say and do unethical(borderline illegal) things to get sales. -Compensation is regularly incorrect and late( I was not paid my commission for two months for work performed and completed. Then the entire sales force had their pay delayed for a week, apparently due to a technical difficulty. Smells like they invested the extra cash they had for an extra week to make a profit.) -Upper management makes promises they do not keep and then ignore emails, calls etc. -Human Resources does not answer the phone, or return calls when a voicemail is left. -Leads are only existing policy holders that more times then not do not qualify for other policies.

Pros

A Learning Experience Fairly decent training Great opportunity of meet friends

Cons

Old school training of days when it was ok and safe to go door to door Upper management could care less about the agent themselves, except what the agents can put in managements pockets.

Pros

When one is in the office, it is a very positve and uplifting environment. If you already have experience selling door to door or a strong sales background this company would be a great fit.

Cons

You will be hired as fast as possible with as many other people they can find. You will be lured in by the training. However, they have little time to actually show you how to successfully build a business because lower management is constantly being pushed by upper management to keep hiring. They leave you to fend for your self in a new career where you were promised training and support. After multiple request for help with the cold calling fell on deaf ears I was finally sat down and told that I was not a priority because I had my husband to pay my bills. I never felt more discriminated and belittled in my life. Then you try and leave and are told to hold on to your IPad so there persistency doesn't look horrible. Good luck

Pros

None,none,none,none,none. AFLAC is much better.

Cons

Many members of upper management lied and embezzled money from the company by falsifying weekly sales figures for many years.

Pros

-Great Sales training -Great Mentorship -Great team support environment if you are an agent. -Great product knowledge -great start in an insurance career.

Cons

-Upper management is very hard-core, sales-driven. -Sales pressure environment -Management seems to always push for sales in a stressful way. -Not a lot of management tenures are happy. -A lot of tenure people keep getting demoted and promoted back up based on the favouritism of the upper management. -Seems like they always enjoy pushing tenure people to leave the company. -A lot of people say their residual drop has drastically lowered over the years. -Old boys club and not respecting females in management. -They treat you well into you become upper management, a lot of holding back ppl for promotions or assigning promotions based on fitting with the right people or robbing the right elbows. -They do not appreciate talent if you don't fit in their way of management, especially if you built residuals. -Management outcasting you and making sure you feel that way if you speak up or do not agree with them in any shape or form.
