• Brand Strategy Formulation and Implementation: Take the lead in formulating the mid- to long-term development strategy for the BytePlus brand, define the brand's core positioning, value proposition, and differential competitiveness; Drive the implementation brand strategy in various non-China regions and across business lines.
• Adaptation of Regional Communication Strategies: In combination with the market characteristics, cultural differences, and regulatory requirements of different countries/regions, lead the formulation of regional communication strategies and implementation plans, promote the localized adaptation of global core communication content, empower business expansion in regional markets, and achieve the communication effect of "global unity + local in-depth development".
• Brand Asset and Content Management: Be responsible for the establishment, management, and standardized use of BytePlus brand assets (LOGO, visual system, brand narrative, case library, etc.); Take the lead in building the BytePlus brand content matrix and account matrix, including but not limited to brand stories, technical white papers, industry solution cases, and executives' viewpoints, etc., to enhance the communication power and conversion value of the content.
• Evaluation and Optimization of Communication Effectiveness: Establish a global communication effect evaluation system, set core evaluation indicators (brand awareness, brand reputation, media exposure, content communication volume, lead conversion contribution, etc.), conduct regular data review and analysis, continuously optimize communication strategies, content, and channels, and improve the communication ROI.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualification(s)

• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or above
• Have successful cases in formulating a complete global brand strategy, planning and implementing cross-border communication campaigns, and expanding the brand in overseas markets, and be able to independently coordinate global brand communication projects.
• Have a strong sense of responsibility, resilience, and innovative spirit, be able to adapt to the need for global business trips, and have a keen insight into the development trends of the technology industry.

Preferred Qualification(s)

• Preferably candidates with experience in global brand building for technology companies (To B, SaaS, cloud computing, AI, enterprise services, etc.) enterprises are preferred.
• Familiarity with the digital transformation and intelligent technology track where Volcengine is located is a plus.
• Candidate with a Bachelor's preferably in IT and other relevant majors; candidates with a background from well-known overseas universities or overseas study/work experience are preferred.
