I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Arup (Solihull, England) in Jan 2016
Interview
Standard Arup interview process, consisting in an online application, which is very important, so make sure you do it right. The next and final stage was the interview stage. A formal interview about yourself and the company with an HR representative, a design exercise, which is related to your particular job that you have applied for and then an hour long interview with two representatives from the department that you have applied for. In the interview you will have the chance to further discuss the design exercise, you will get asked pertinent questions about yourself, the field, the industry in general. Very informative, very friendly, not stressful as other interviews.
