1st - Technical Written Questions / 15 minutes of Group Discussion / 40 minutes of essay writing
2nd - Aptitude Test (taking about an hour)
3rd - Interview with a manager (technical questions and questions on your CV)

Applied for the position online on the compant website. Took a few weeks before getting shortlisted for the interview. Face to face, 1 to 1 , very friendly and accommodating. No technical question asked. Received call a few weeks later for acceptance of job offer
